If all items are in stock, your order will usually ship within 1 business day. Orders for customized products such as switch panels and out of stock items will usually ship within 3 to 7 business days. Items that are out of stock from our suppliers may be back-ordered. You will only be charged for shipped items. WiringProducts.com is not responsible for products lost or stolen during transit. Contact the shipping carrier for these claims.
All regular orders can be placed online, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You will receive an email confirmation for your order. Please be aware that the confirmation email you are supposed to receive may be interpreted as SPAM by your email program or email provider. If you do not receive an email confirmation, please check the "junk" mail box. If you still cannot find a copy of your order, you may contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and request that a copy of your order be sent to you. Doing this should allow you to receive the order confirmation without triggering your anti-spam filters for your email or provider. Orders place on Fridays or Saturdays will not be processed until the next business day. For OEM or volume pricing, please email us at email@example.com.
Payments terms for online orders are by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express) or PayPal only. We accept personal checks as well as cashier's checks and money orders. If paying by check or money order, your order will not ship until after the receipt of your payment. If paying by credit card, your credit card will not be billed until your order is shipped. If paying by check or money order, your order will ship when we receive payment, including shipping costs.
WiringProducts.com offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Customers desiring to return merchandise must do so within 30 days. A 15% re-stocking fee may apply. A Return of Goods Authorization is required on all returns. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to receive authorization. WiringProducts.com is responsible for defective merchandise. If a product is defective, we will exchange the product, or, if we are unable to offer an exchange, we will refund your money. We do not refund for shipping costs under any circumstances.
Currently, sales tax will apply to all orders shipping within the state of Nevada. No sales tax on Nevada orders will be charged if we have a current resale tax certificate on file for your business. You may fax a copy of your tax exempt certificate to 775-425-2997.
