Do you have an order minimum?

No, we do not have a minimum order requirement.

 

Do I need to set up an account with you to place an order?

No.  You do not need an account to order from us.  You can easily check out as a guest on our checkout page.

 

Do I have to order online?

How long will it take for me to get my order?

Most orders received by 12 p.m. pacific time are processed and shipped the same day, and 98% of all orders, including custom made products such as switch panels, ship within 48 hours.  Once shipped, most orders shipped Priority Mail or First Class package are delivered in 2-3 days. UPS ground orders will take 1-3 days west of the Rockies, and 4-6 days east of the Rockies.

 

What happens after I place an order?

Immediately after placing an order, you will receive a confirmation from our payment gateway confirming your method of payment.  Once we begin processing your order, you will receive a confirmation email from us. Once your order ships, you will receive another email from us that will have the tracking number for the shipping carrier.  You may also receive an email from the shipping carrier directly.


Will items sold by the foot such as cable and loom be continuous?

Yes.  If you order an 11 foot piece of battery cable or loom, it will be one 11 foot long piece.  However, multiple quantities of items that are sold as a package, such as a package of 7 feet of wire loom, will arrive as separate packages, not a continuous length.

 

Can I return an item I don’t want or need?

Yes, We have a 30 day return policy.  To return an item, you can email us at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it., or call us at 775-425-5526, and we will assign a return authorization number for the item.  Then simply ship the item back to us. After we receive and process your return, we will issue a credit back to your original payment method for the amount of the item(s).  Unfortunately, we do not refund shipping costs.  Products that are customized such as switch panels, and products that are cut to size like cable and loom, will incur a 15% restock and waste fee.

Do you ship to my country?

Yes, we ship to most countries via the postal service, You can select your country from a drop down box during checkout.

 

How do you ship flat rate and free shipping?

Most will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail or First Class Package.  Larger and heavier orders will usually ship UPS ground. If you prefer a particular carrier, you can select it at checkout.

 

Where is my order shipping from?

We ship all of our orders from our warehouse in Sparks, Nevada.

 

How soon will I receive my order?

Orders shipped via USPS typically arrive within 2-3 days.  UPS ground orders typically will arrive within 1-3 days west of the Rocky Mountains, and 4-6 days east of the Rocky Mountains.

 

How do I track my order?

Your tracking number will be on the email from us indicating that your order has shipped.  Go in to the email and copy the tracking number. Then go to either www.usps.com, or www.ups.com, and paste your tracking number into their page to track your order.
