"Short Stop" Bussman  Circuit Breakers

Standard stud mount 'Short Stop' Bussman circuit breakers.  Available in type 1 auto reset, type 2 modified reset, and type 3 manual reset.  Available in three mounting styles - standard mounting bracket, parallel mounting bracket, and without a mounting bracket.  Also available are circuit breaker boots in red or yellow.  Type 1 and Type 2 circuit breakers can be mounted together in with a special mounting  bracket (found at the bottom of the page.  How do you select the right circuit breaker for your needs?  Type 1 circuit breakers automatically reset - After the circuit breaker trips, it will automatically reset itself, or cycle.  If the overlaod or short still exists, the breaker will re-trip.  Type 2 circuit breakers stay tripped until the power source is removed, usually by turning a switch off.  Once power is removed, the breaker will reset.  Type 3 circuit breakers will rmain tripped until you manually reset them by pushing a button on the side of the breaker.  Circuit breakers can be protected from the elements through the use of circuit breaker boots.  Scroll down to see our full selection of Bussman 'Short Stop' circuit breakers.
