How do I get Flat Rate Shipping? - Add the products you need to your shopping cart, and proceed to the checkout screen. Select a shipping destination in the United States, and Flat Rate Shipping will be available as a shipping option.

How are Flat Rate Shipping orders shipped? - Your order will arrive via a carrier of our choice. We currently use either the Post Office, or UPS.
If you have a PO Box, and a physical address, please provide us with both during checkout.

When will my order ship? - We strive to ship all orders complete. Most orders will ship within 1 to 2 business days. Shipping may be delayed if we are currently out of stock on an item, but are expecting it in within a reasonable amount of time. If you need your parts quickly, we offer expedited shipping options through UPS that you can select during checkout.
