3M Super 88 electrical tape is a premium electrical tape from from a company respected for its fine products.  UL listed and CSA certified. Particularly suited for cold weather applications. Primary electrical insulation for all wire and cable splices rated up to 600 volts. Resistant to weather, UV rays, abrasion, corrosion, alkalies and acids. Provides a protective jacketing for high voltage cable splices and repairs. Meets requirements of ASTM D-3005, Type II, UL 510 and MIL-1-24391. Temperature range: -18º C to 105º C.  8.5 mil, 3/4" x 66-ft.

Primary electrical insulation for all wire and cable splices rated up to 600 volts and for fixture and wire splices up to 1000 volts. Applies at - 18º C/0º F and has an operating range up to 105º C/220º F. Flame retardant, and resists UV rays, abrasion, moisture, alkalis, acids, hot and cold weather. Meets requirements of ASTM D-3005, Type I, UL 510, HHI-595C and CSA 22.2.

3M Scotch 2242 tape is a general purpose economy rubber insulating tape. Rubber tape is easily molded into and around odd shapes and sizes.  Well suited for small terminating and splicing jobs. Seals and insulates to resist moisture and other harsh conditions. Flame retardant. 3/4" x 15-ft.

Soft, tacky, and pliable material having the ability to seal with a wide variety of substrates including rubbers, plastics, and metals while remaining flexible for extended periods of time. Continuous operation temperature is 250º F. Low temperature flexibility (non-cracking on 1/2-in radius) is 40º F. Minimum shrink temperature is 121º C. Resistant to alcohol, ketone, acids and alkalis. 25ft.

Also known as amalgamating tape.  When applied, amalgamating tape will fuse to itself, creating a permanent bond to itself.  Originally developed for power and distribution cables, but also used for bundling, underground wiring, repairing hose, pipe leaks, etc.  Excellent for moisture sealing in electrical installments, industrial and marine applications.  Ideal for coverig cable lugs, splices, and termination.  This tape is NOT resistant to oils and greases.  When tape is applied with a high degree of stretch within two or three minutes, it has already begun to amalgamate.  Within four hours it will be a solid mass of rubber.
