Battery Switches

Battery switches are used to interrupt and isolate the battery or batteries from the rest of the electrical system.  Battery switches are capable of switching very high currents.

Sealed battery disconnect switch is rated for 180 amps continuous, and 1000 amps in-rush.  Suitable for electrical systems ranging from 6 volts to 36 volts.  One piece die cast housing is 2 5/8" in diameter and 4 1/8" long.  Mounting stem is 3/4" in diameter and 25/32" long.  Single Pole (on - off), Single throw wiring terminals are 3/8" studs.

Battery master switch.  Detachable key also serves as an anti-theft device.  Switch is UL rated.  Max load (10 seconds) is 1000 amps at 12 volts - 500 amps at 24 volts.  Continuous load rating is 50 amps at 12 volts - 25 amps at 24 volts.  Replacement keys available.

A non fused current interrupt disconnect designed for opening the circuit between a battery and the complete electrical load of a battery-powered system.  50 volt AC or DC.  400 amps continuous current capacity.  Vehicle cranking and maximum surge current to 2000 amps based on a 20% duty cycle with ON times of 5 seconds maximum.
